The easy-to-clean, dishwasher safe pan has a perfectly closing high dome lid made of stainless steel, which provides even more space thanks to an enlarged arch. The temperature indicator Visiotherm integrated in the lid knob ensures perfect temperature control at all times. Together with the acoustic control Audiotherm it enables you to cook temperature- and time-controlled. The roasting pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.
